Refund Policy
Our store operates under a consignment business model. As a result, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
AVV Vintage Items
AVV Vintage Items are non-refundable. We carefully select items with minimal flaws. Any
visible signs of wear or tear are disclosed in the product description to the best of our
ability. Please note:
• You are purchasing a pre-owned item.
• Some wear and tear is normal and should be expected.
• Product descriptions will highlight any notable flaws.
Refund Exceptions for Special Collections
While most items are non-refundable, exceptions may apply for special collections under
certain circumstances:
• Workmanship or Defective Issues:
o Report any defects or workmanship issues within 3 business days of the
carrier’s recorded delivery date.
o Items must be in new condition with all original tags attached.
o If eligible, the item may be considered for repair by the independent seller.
o Refunds are not guaranteed; repairs will be prioritized based on the nature of
the issue.
• Special Collections:
o Exceptions may be made for items designated as part of a "special
collection."
o Eligibility for repair or refund is subject to review and confirmation by our
team.
Shipping Policy
We strive to process all orders promptly and keep you informed of any delays. Please
review the following shipping guidelines:
• Orders are processed within 72 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays,
and delays caused by inclement weather, national emergencies, or unforeseen
events).
• Most orders ship within 5 business days after processing.
• Pre-order items are shipped after the date specified in the item description, which
may result in additional delays.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is available. Please note:
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect
addresses provided at the time of purchase.
• Orders will be shipped only to the address listed on your order confirmation.
